Prerequisite: Knowledge of Basic English
Course Objectives:
- Demonstrate
& Describe the important parts of keyboard, space bar, typeset, type
bars functions of the typewriters.

Distinguish
between touch method and sight method of typewriting.
3.
Inset
the paper with a backing sheet in the typewriter.
- Describe
the arrangement of alphabets in the keyboard.
- Pointing
out the guide keys and practicing of
home keys.
- Practicing
of words in different fingers
- Locate
the various punctuation marks and identifying the different punctuation
marks and adhere to the spacing after punctuation marks in the
typewriters.
- Understanding
the method of paragraphing and sub-paragraphing also setting of the
margins both the sides of A4 size paper

of typewriting, Inserting the Paper and arrangement of Alphabets in Key Board
2. Pointing Guide Keys, Home Keys, Practicing of
words, punctuation marks and simple paragraphs
