and Suitability of Sole Trading Concern.

(b) Partnership – Meaning, Definition, Features, Classification of Partners and Partnership – Partnership Deed – Contents of Partnership Deed – Registration of Partnership Firm – Effects of Non-registration of Partnership Firm. ಕುರುಡು ಮಂತ್ರ -ಪದ್ಮನಾಭ ಆಗುಂಬೆ ಅವರ ಕಾದಂಬರಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಲೇಖನ. ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ದೇಶದ ಅಪಾಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾದದ್ದು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದೆಡೆಗೆ ನಿಖರ ಗುರಿ ಹೊಂದಿರದೆ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮುಂದೆ ಸಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಯುವಜನತೆ. ಯುವಜನತೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ದಾರಿ ದಿಕ್ಕು ತೋರಿದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ದಾರಿ. ಅದೇ ಇವರುಗಳು ಗೊತ್ತುಗುರಿಯಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಸಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ, ಇವರುಗಳು ಒಂತರ ಟೈಂಬಾಂಬ್ ಎಂದೇ ಹೇಳಬಹುದು, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಹೀಗಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಯುವಜನತೆ ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವಾಗುವ ಬದಲು ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯಾ ಸ್ಫೋಟದಂತಹ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗಲೂಬಹುದು,ನಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪಿಡುಗುಗಳು, ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರದ ಕೊರತೆ, ಮುಂತಾದ ರೋಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಬಹುದು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅನುಮಾನವಿಲ್ಲ. ದಾರಿತಪ್ಪಿದ ಇಂತಹ ಯುವಜನತೆಯ ಪೈಕಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಯುವಕನ ಕಥೆಯೇ "ಕುರುಡು ಮಂತ್ರ" ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬಹುದು. ಈ ಕಾದಂಬರಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪಾತ್ರಧಾರಿ ತನ್ನ ತಪ್ಪನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅಥವಾ ತನ್ನ guilt ಅನ್ನು ಮರೆಮಾಚಲು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮ, ಧರ್ಮ, ಪ್ರವಚನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಏನಾಗಬಹುದು ಎಂಬುದಕ್ಕೆ ಟೀಕಪ್ಪನಿಗಿಂತ ಬೇರೆ ಉದಾಹರಣೆ ಬೇಕೆ? ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಟೀಕಪ್ಪ ಯುವ ಜನತೆಯ ರೆಪ್ರೆಸೆಂಟೇಟಿವ್ ನಂತೆ ಕಂಡುಬರುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಅದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯುವ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬವು ಸಹಿತ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಕಾದಂಬರಿಯು ಹದಿಹರೆಯದ ತಲ್ಲಣಗಳು, ಬಂಡಾಯ ಮನೋಭಾವ, ಕಾಮದೆಡಗಿನ ಕುತೂಹಲ,ಕೌತುಕ ಹಾಗು ಅದರ ಬಗೆಗಿನ ಮಡಿವಂತಿಕೆ, ನಿರ್
